We deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in delivering your blinds. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait for a long time, especially when there have been multiple dispatch postponements. Unfortunately as we don't manufacture the blind fabrics in house we are subject to delays if our suppliers are not supplying them to their usual timescales as has been the case here and we can completely understand the frustration of the dates changing on several occasions. We do try our best to source from alternative suppliers if we are able to but some of our fabrics are sadly only available from limited sources which stops us from doing this. Again, please accept our apologies for your experience on this occasion as it is certainly not the service level we wish to provide.
