Blinds packed very badly. Not put up yet and measurements not exactly correct. Customer service did not get back to me re missing blinds. Not good

Since the phone call today with a member of our Customer Service team, we are glad to hear there was no damage to the blinds themselves, just to the packaging, and that all blinds have been delivered although split in delivery.
If the measurements are incorrect & you have issues installing or operating the blinds, please send photos to us & we would be happy to remake blinds if made incorrectly.
In regards to the Customer Service, I am sorry that there was a delay in getting back to you, although we did get back in contact after receiving instructions from the courier.
