    First time customer, only wanted slats for my vertical blinds, found the company via an online search- and so glad I did!! Ordering was easy, the blind slats were delivered swathed in bubble wrap for protection, really pleased with the quality and manufacture, already recommended the firm to one of my neighbours!     When I had problems installing the blind, the customer service at OrderBlinds went to much trouble to sort me out including discussing the problem with the manufacturers. This was despite the fact that I'd bought the blind nearly two years previously.

    We ordered two sunscreen blinds for our sitting room windows. The blinds arrived on time and in perfect condition. We had to put a 5mm block of wood behind one of the brackets to get them to fit, but it was easy to do and they look good.
