As you ordered a Perfect Fit blind, it’s possible that the fabric may have been inserted into the incorrect channel in the side runner, which can unfortunately lead to fraying and the fabric not sitting properly. This is a fixable issue, and we would really like the opportunity to assist you in getting this sorted. We would like to clarify that, as outlined in the terms and conditions accepted at the time of purchase, any amendments made to the product after delivery unfortunately void the warranty. In this case, it appears the product was altered before we were contacted about the issue, which prevented us from being able to troubleshoot or offer a solution directly. We’ve been supplying this blind for many years and have full confidence in its quality, design, and our trusted supplier. While no product is completely immune to occasional faults, we always welcome the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns. Regrettably, since the blind was dismantled by your installer prior to any communication with us, we were unable to assess the issue properly or provide assistance.
