Privacy

If privacy is a concern, consider blinds that offer maximum coverage. A dining room is a versatile space where most blind types will work, so choosing a roller, vertical, roman or day and night blind can be a great choice as they can be adjusted to either cover the entire window or allow in as much light and view as you need at the time. If you prefer natural light during the day but want privacy at night, we would highly recommend our double roller blinds. These blinds have two blinds housed within one bracket - one for daytime privacy while still letting in natural light and one for privacy in the evening that also lets no light pass through the fabric helping to create a cosier atmosphere.

Light Control

If you want ultimate control over the amount of light that enters the room, consider blinds with adjustable slats. Venetian blinds, day and night blinds and vertical blinds are all great options for light control, as they allow you to adjust the position or angle of the slats to let in more or less light.

Alternatively if you need to be able to block as much light as possible from entering the room during both day and night, you should consider a blind made with blackout fabric that allows no light to pass through it. Blackout fabric is an option on most of our blind types including roller, roman, vertical, Perfect Fit and even our no drill installation Grip Fit system.
