2. Payment and Cancellation:
Payment can be made via bank transfer, debit, credit card or via Paypal. We do not store credit card details and use 3rd party merchant providers to process payments. By purchasing blinds from Order Blinds you are entering a legally binding contract with us.
All of our made to measure products fall under the tailor made section of the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 and as such are exempt from this legislation and the 14-day cancellation rights.
If you need to cancel your order you should telephone us on 0800 1488229 as soon as possible. Providing the production process has not begun a cancellation will be possible. If production of your blinds has started, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to show on your statement once processed by Order Blinds, depending on your card provider.
3. Prices and Delivery:
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. An order is not considered an order or will be released for production until it has been paid for in full.
Discount codes should be used at the time of ordering via the 'Enter Promotion Code' box during checkout. The discount value cannot be added retrospectively or reimbursed after the order has been placed.
Delivery to certain areas that we can deliver to including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland may incur additional delivery fees which will be displayed to you prior to placing the order.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item by the initial expected despatch date, or at all, we will contact you via telephone and/or email as soon as possible. No discounts or compensation can be offered under these unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery:
We specify an estimated dispatch timescale on each product page. Please be aware that all date ranges are in working days from the order being placed (paid for in full). Bank holidays are not considered working days.
Unless otherwise notified, all products on your order will be dispatched together even if they show different lead times when your order is placed. We strive to deliver orders in as few shipments as possible in an effort to keep the carbon footprint of our service as low as we can and reduce the amount of time our customers need to be available to sign for their deliveries. Unfortunately this is sometimes impossible when products are dispatched from different locations. Should you wish for your order to be split into several deliveries in order to receive some of the goods earlier this can be arranged, but additional delivery charges will be applicable - please contact our team as soon as possible after placing your order to arrange this.
If there is a problem that would cause your product being dispatched outside of this timescale we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery.
If you are using a blind fitter, we do not recommend booking a fitter until the blinds have arrived and they have been inspected to ensure there are no defects and everything is present.
All Blinds are delivered by a reputable national carrier and will require a signature to confirm delivery. The carrier can then provide us with a signed copy proof of delivery and this will be accepted as confirmation of safe delivery.
Our carrier will only leave a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if you instruct them to do so. You can do this either via the delivery instructions box when checking out or by liaising directly with the courier by responding to a delivery email, text message or by going onto their website with the tracking information. If the parcel is delivered to your nominated neighbour or left in your designated safe place it is considered delivered successfully. If the product is subsequently stolen from your safe place or neighbour, we will not be liable for the stolen goods as they were left in the safe place under your instruction.
6. Returns and Replacements
All of our blinds are rigorously quality checked prior to dispatch but in the unlikely event that a product is made incorrectly, has a defect or arrives damaged you should contact us immediately either via email at info@orderblinds.co.uk or you can telephone our customer service team on 0800 1488229. You have 14 days following receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective goods due to manufacturing, or damage caused while being in the delivery process. In this event we will deal with your queries promptly and where necessary replace the affected component or blind/s without delay. We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported or to ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection.
When organising a remake / replacement of a blind we cannot change any details from the original order, it must be a replacement on a like for like basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Product warranty
Every Blind attracts a 12 month product warranty against manufacturing defects. Certain products in our ranges have longer warranties than this period which will be stated in the product description.
We reserve the right to repair or replace the product and it may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection prior to a replacement being dispatched.
If any product has been repaired, tampered with or fixed by a third party this voids the product warranty.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
8. Mismeasurement Insurance
Mismeasurement Insurance can be added to your order in the shopping basket. The insurance covers up to five blinds per order and we will replace or remake each blind once, so please ensure the measurements for the replacement/remake blind are correct. Should you need to make a claim you need to notify us within 90 days of delivery of your blinds. If more than five blinds on your order are incorrect, the additional blinds can be remade at the current advertised price less a 15% discount.
If you are placing an order for more than 5 blinds and want to insure them all, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to split your order into multiple parts so that insurance can be added in groups of up to five blinds.
Nearly all of our products can be covered by Mismeasurement Insurance with just one exception, we are currently unable to offer Mismeasurement Insurance on our Perfect Fit Shutters.

9. Grip Fit Roller Blind Product Warranty
Here at Order Blinds we take great care in making the best products we can with top quality fabrics and components. We are confident in the quality of our blinds, so in addition to the standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty we are happy to offer another 4 year's cover on parts.
This extended cover is offered free of charge to all of our customers for Grip Fit products.
